Hi, I’m Lorrie Reynolds, and I’ve been in the staffing industry for 38 years. For the past 16 and a half years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Branch Manager at Pro-Source People in Deer Park, Texas. I’m passionate about helping people find the right opportunities and enjoy building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Connecting great people with great companies is truly what I love to do.

Ann Bedford-Flood is the Founder of Pro-Source Staffing and has more than 20 years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. She built Pro-Source on a passion for helping people and creating meaningful opportunities for both clients and job seekers.

Known for her strengths in leadership, relationship-building, and business strategy, Ann played a key role in establishing the company’s foundation for long-term success. She credits much of Pro-Source’s growth to the dedication and talent of her team.

Ann has been recognized as a Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women and was honored as part of the Houston Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Businesses. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, fitness, and spending time with her family.

Hi, I’m John. I began working in the staffing career with day labor positions in downtown Houston, gaining valuable experience over five years before moving to a corporate staffing role. Since 2013, I have been serving as the business development manager at Pro-Source People, connecting employers with talented employees. Under my tenure, Pro-Source has been recognized among Houston Business Journal’s Top 100 Fastest Growing Businesses for five consecutive years and received the Platinum Safety Partner Award in 2018 and 2023.

Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy raising our four daughters, caring for our rescue dogs, and staying active through cycling, walking, and hiking in the Big Bend area.

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn! I’ve been part of the Pro-Source People family for almost 12 years, and for the last 5 I’ve worked in our Payroll Department helping to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me traveling or spending time with my daughter, who keeps life fun and full of adventure.

I’ve been in staffing since 2016, but my business experience goes back much further. My husband and I owned and operated a business together for 17 years before I entered the staffing industry.

That entrepreneurial background is my biggest asset as I’ve sat where my clients sit. I know what it’s like to need someone yesterday, to worry about making the right hire, and to depend on people who show up and deliver.

Today, I help companies build strong teams. My approach is simple: honest communication, personal service, and a genuine commitment to getting it right.

Hi, my name is Keira Barr, and I am a Recruiter with seven years of experience at ProSource People. In my role, I focus on identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet the diverse needs of our clients. I take pride in maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and being active in my church community. My goal is to continue contributing to the success of ProSource Staffing while upholding the values of integrity, dedication, and excellence.

Hello! My name is Kourtney, and I have been with Pro-Source People for overall 10 years doing a little bit of everything in the company. My current role is Marketing and helping create relatable content that resonates with our audience while sharing our mission and values with the public and how that shapes us into who we are today.

Outside of work, I really enjoy traveling everywhere, going on coffee dates with myself and with friends, working out, long walks, shopping and being with my dog.

Hi, I’m Meredith Boutte, a receptionist with over three years of experience helping offices run smoothly and making sure everyone who walks through the door feels welcome. I take pride in being organized, dependable, and creating a positive first impression for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about animal rescue, especially cats, and I spend my free time helping find homes for strays and fosters. I’m also a proud mom to a 15-year-old son who keeps me on my toes and constantly inspired.
