However, there are times where saving some money and offering simple, free incentives can help boost engagement and productivity. Now that Fall is approaching everyone\u2019s attention is turning to chillier weather, holidays, and pumpkin spice lattes. Here are some great ideas to tap into the autumn spirit and motivate your team.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Host a Harvest Festival\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pumpkin carving, chili cook-offs, and a good old fashioned pot luck are just some of the ways you can celebrate the fall with your staff. Encourage part of the day outside of the office to enjoy the beautiful Autumn weather and have an afternoon of relaxing. If there is a nice outdoor spot have a bonfire and serve hot cider or cocoa.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Have a Spirit Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>It is common for offices to encourage Halloween costumes but that isn\u2019t the only time you can dress up.
