Simplify and streamline processes<\/h2>\n<p>Don&#8217;t make things more complicated than they need to be. If a task can be accomplished with fewer steps, simplify the process. This will save time and frustration in the long run.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Encourage input and feedback<\/h2>\n<p>Your employees are the ones doing the work, so they likely have some great insights into how things can be improved. Encourage input and feedback from your team, and be open to making changes based on their suggestions.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Set aside time for training<\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;re constantly adding new tasks or responsibilities to employees&#8217; workloads, make sure to set aside time for training. Employees will be much more likely to succeed (and be less stressed) if they know how to properly complete the task at hand.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Recognize and reward good work<\/h2>\n<p>When employees do a great job, make sure to let them know! A little recognition can go a long way in terms of motivation and morale.
