The holidays can feel like a slow time for business, depending on your industry. So what better time is there to have a look at the annual goals? At the beginning of the year you would have taken some time to decide on the goals of the organization as well as for each individual within your office. Now is the right time to review those and make a plan for 2016. When you see where you have been, it is easier to see where you can take your business in the future. Let\u2019s take a closer look.<\/p>\n

Review the Long Term Vision<\/strong><\/h3>\n

What is your overall company mission statement? Did the goals that you and your team establish live up to the company values? While you may have course corrected along the way, you should always maintain the overall company vision and work toward a common goal. Look at employees who stood out and how they succeeded differently than their professional counterparts. Make lists that can help you better organized plans for 2016.<\/p>\n

Be Positive About the Future<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Not everyone will have met the goals they set out to achieve at the beginning of the year, but that doesn\u2019t mean that 2015 was a failure for them professionally. Look at the positive results of the work that everyone has done this year. Every little step counts. Once you review the year that has just past, it is time to look ahead for the future and readdress the items that need attention.
